Snaggle Tooth

Walker lost the first of his top front teeth last night. Once again it was hanging on for dear life all week and he wouldn't let us pull it. He said he didn't want it to bleed. When it did finally, and literally, fall out, it did not bleed. He was right! Now he's worried that the kids at school will make fun of him. But then I reminded him that most of his friends are missing their front teeth, too and he felt better.

A Decade of Weston

This month Weston turned 10 years old. I remember what a great, easy (easier) pregnancy I had with him. When he was born, Trey opened the hospital room door to announce that we had another boy, but everyone had walked down the hall expecting the delivery to take longer than 10 minutes. He's been a pretty easy going kid ever since.

Weston, your Dad and I love you so, so much. You are so smart, have a great personality and the quickest wit. You make friends easily and you are very loyal. You fit just right in the middle. You are a great little brother and an awesome big brother. You are creative and love to be in the spotlight doing something funny. You also are inquisitive and ask lots of questions about everything. We love you just the way you are!! Happy birthday!!! We can't wait to see all the amazing things you will do in the next 10 years.

And now for some birthday party pics.

The present he begged for from Mom & Dad

A cap
A lava lamp from the Reitz's.

An original Weston design. Exactly what he asked for for his cake.

And of course the Ags win. Notice the score! He's so clever.

Easter...

April has been super busy. No sports or animals, but just busy. Easter seems like soooo long ago. Here is a recap.

The bunny visited our house and brought some goodies. The pictures weren't very good so I'm leaving those out. Then we went to church and then to lunch with Trey's family. The boys hunted eggs and had fun busting confetti eggs on each others head. It was a nice Easter.

Good family picture

This one is good too.

Okay, now what's with the gang signs??? Getting crazy!

Uh....what were we thinking? I think I know what Mac is thinking.
"I can't believe I'm related."

The girls

The Neills. Great picture.

Weston: Dare me?
Mac: Don't even try.
Walker: Hey guys. Look at my egg.
Bo: Those boys are so crazy.

The fearless egg hunters.

Heck with the eggs. Let's go rabbit huntin'. C'mon Walker, get your gun!

Mac is too big to hunt eggs. Unless they contained money.
