Happy New Year....finally

It's been a year since I've started this blog! Wow! That was a fast year! It is going to be so wonderful to look back over these posts in a few years and see how the boys have grown and what they did at these ages. This is such a great tool for documenting our lives, and so much easier than scrapbooking (which I loved to do but have not time for....or the space for.).

We had such a nice, relaxing time with my brother and his family, my parents and Mirna. We left early New Year's Day and drove to Dallas in time for lunch. Mac slept the entire way there and Weston gave his best effort in the sleep dept, too. Walker? Well Walker did not shut his eyes. He was so excited to be leaving for Dallas in the dark and didn't want to miss the experience. Isn't that cute?

We enjoyed spending time together, watching movies, playing games, eating and listening to music. We didn't really go anywhere or do anything and it was great; the perfect way to end our Christmas vacation.

Walker and Hudson got along so well. The age gap is starting to close. Walker is more accepting of Hudson (ya know, since Walker is used to being the baby and all) and Hudson was so, so so excited to have "the kids" at his house to play with. Mac and Wes were so sweet with him, pushing him in the swing and chasing him around the yard. We just love that little guy!

A picture of all 4 boys... not as easy to get as it looks.

Hudson and my dad

Such a ham!

You can just barely see Mac behind Walker.

Weston sporting his 3rd Fox cap of the Christmas season.

Such a big Mac.

Hudson got a Sit 'n Spin from us. I hope he likes it.

Walker was SOOO excited to get a Leapster 2 from my mom (in the background)

Cheese! And those cheeks!!!! sa-weet!

Walker got a real guitar from my dad. He looks so natural. Now to get real lessons.

Hudson was a pro at opening presents.
